              Do I need an appointment?

              We don't set up appointments; we accept work on a first-come, first-served basis.  We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.  Each job is unique and presents unique challenges, so we devote our attention to each job as it comes in, and do the best possible repair for you.  Our goal is to get you back on the road fast, but never at the cost of doing a proper repair.


              Can you diagnose this weird light on my dash?

              Yes!  We can connect to your truck's on-board computer and determine what it's trying to tell you.  We are happy to advise you on your repair options based on the findings.


              What brands do you work on?

              We service and repair all major heavy duty makes.  Come benefit from our expertise, and our long-time relationships with local dealerships and vendors.  We've seen just about everything... Yep, even that.


              Do your guys work all the time?

              No, we do take catnaps now and then... 

              Our shop is open Monday through Friday.  We are available for emergencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Just call us at (770) 339-3922.

              What if I need a tow?

              We don't have our own tow trucks, but we would be happy to refer you to a tow company or arrange a tow for you with a trusted  local vendor.


              Will you install parts I brought with me?

              Sorry, we only put on parts that we sourced ourselves, so that we can take full responsibility for proper fitment and function, and stand behind our work with confidence.


              Will you work on my equipment if it's loaded?

              For the safety of your equipment (and our mechanics) we will only work on empty trailers/trucks.


              Do you have tires for sale, or put tires on?

              We currently do not sell, repair, or break down/remount tires, however we will be happy to refer you to a nearby source.


              Where can I stay if it's going to be an in-depth repair? 


              Below are some nearby hotel facilities.  We are happy to drop you off at any of these locations.  Overnighting on our property is not allowed.

              If I can't pay for it all at once, can I make payments?

              No, we do not make payment plans or offer financing of any type.  Your equipment will be released to you when repairs are paid in full.  If you need to make a payment arrangement, we will provide the contact info for a title lending company who has been very helpful for our customers in the past.
